Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service objectives within the industrial matting and equipment rental industry.

THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strong customer relationships through communication and service
- Support account management and identify growth opportunities
- Assist outside sales with quotes, orders, and follow-up
- Process orders accurately using pricing and product knowledge
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert to sales
- Maintain detailed CRM records
- Provide reporting on activity and performance
- Coordinate with operations and logistics
- Resolve customer issues effectively
- Stay informed on products and pricing
- Contribute to team and company goals
- Embrace company core values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- 2–4 year degree preferred, but not required
EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 years sales experience within the heavy equipment industry and/or 5 years’ experience in the related field
CORE SKILLS
- Strong Computer Navigation Skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Pipedrive
CUSTOMER FOCUS
- Knowledge of frequently used Sales and Customer Relations Concepts, Practices and Procedures
OTHER
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Pipedrive, SharePoint/Teams, and Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
