Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, construction, and pipeline sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial, construction, or pipeline sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
